1. About Ink By Cord

Ink By Cord provides professional tattoo services at Ink'd Up Tattoo Parlor in Albertville, Alabama. These terms explain our booking process, appointment expectations, and client responsibilities.

2. Appointment Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All requests are reviewed and must be approved by Ink By Cord. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

3. Deposits

Depending on the tattoo, a deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Small flash tattoos: $25

Medium or custom tattoos: $40

Large custom tattoos: $100

Deposits are credited toward the final tattoo price. Any required deposit amount and payment instructions will be confirmed before payment is requested.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. The new appointment must take place within 30 days of the original appointment to retain the deposit.

Deposits are generally nonrefundable for client cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling outside these conditions. If Ink By Cord cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a reschedule or a refund of the deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, depending on availability.

6. Pricing and Payment

Tattoo prices depend on size, placement, detail, and time required. Final pricing will be discussed before tattooing begins. Deposits are applied to the total, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Cash is preferred for remaining balances.

7. Client Eligibility and Safety

Clients must meet applicable Alabama age and consent requirements and present valid identification when requested. Clients must complete any required consent and health screening forms before tattooing. Ink By Cord may decline or postpone a service when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

8. Tattoo Designs

Custom designs are prepared based on the agreed concept. Significant changes may require additional design time, a revised price, or a new appointment.

9. Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. Tattoo healing and final appearance vary depending on skin, placement, and aftercare. No particular healing result is guaranteed.

10. Website and Communications

Information submitted through this website is used to review tattoo inquiries and communicate about services. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Promotional text messages or emails will be sent only when the required consent has been obtained.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ink By Cord may update these terms as needed. The terms and policies communicated when an appointment or deposit is confirmed will govern that booking unless otherwise agreed.
